Thermo whizz

For quite a while I have been researching thermo machines.  Thermomix is way out of what I can afford.  Several months ago I joined a Facebook group called Bellini Addicts.  Yesterday when reading a comment from a member I saw that someone had posted that Red Dot were carrying a machine called a Thermowhizz.  I phoned Red Dot Rockingham and they had two left and were $269.  My daughter Jen gave me money for Mother's Day so I decided to add to it and purchase it.  I spent a lot of the night researching recipes and this morning I made banana bread and this afternoon I made coconut biscuits from CWA cookbook which I adapted and then made my  three minute cake recipe which I also adapted.  I am very happy with the results and tonight I will try the steamer for my dinner.
