Spring has sprung

It has been a while since I posted and hopefully I can start posting more regularly.  For such a long time I have wanted to get out into the vegetable garden and get it working really well.  I saw on pinterest a pin about using a container with a damp paper towel on the bottom to get your seeds started.  I happened to have in my cupboard a party susan that was perfect for this.  My sister and I recently purchased organic seeds so this week I successfully got the seeds started.  It also suggests to trial your old seeds to see if they are still viable.  So hopefully we can get the veggie gardens cranking at the House of Prayer, House of Hope and House of Hospitality.   Yesterday I transferred the seeds that had sprouted into seed raising mix.
